For the procedure of cricothyrotomy, resident will be able to:
  • Describe indications and contraindications
  • Describe any common or severe complications
  • Name and describe equipment required
  • List and describe the steps involved
  • Demonstrate the ability to properly perform each step of the procedure from memory
